By using PV Story you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the service.
2. Public data only
PV Story only retrieves data that is publicly accessible — the same content visible to any logged-out visitor on Instagram. We do not access private accounts, bypass authentication, or store scraped data beyond what's needed to provide the service. Users are solely responsible for how they use any retrieved information.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not use PV Story to harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise harm any person. Mass automated scraping, reselling of data, or any use that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.
4. No affiliation with Instagram
PV Story is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram in any way. All Instagram trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or availability. Instagram's platform changes can affect what we're able to retrieve at any given time.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
